Dye & Durham's Ecorp is an enterprise level, web-based SAS (software as a service) application that provides law firms a cost effective solution for managing their corporate records. The system supports electronic management of their corporate records while simplifying often complex business and legal rules that govern common transactions such as the incorporation of companies, filing of annual reports, management and issuance of share transactions, and the generation of hundreds of legal documents.
Bayleaf continues to work with Dye & Durham to extend the functionality of the Ecorp application. Most recently, Bayleaf developed full support for the management of Federal Corporations, generation of Federal documents and Federal Electronic Filing with Industry Canada.
